The full
bulkhead is double layered with glass to add strength for |

seat belt mounts are installed in the bulkhead and the fuselage bottom. |
The seat Back fits between the opening of the bulkhead against the flange installed aroung the opening. |

installed for the fold down back and the flip up seat bottoms. |
The
completed bulkhead was upholstered and the seat belts installed.
I ended up removing the piano hinge for the seat back and replacing
with a spring loaded hinge that allows the seat back to be removed
easily. |

These photos show some of the details of the rear seat installation. Included is the plywood reinforced flange and the full width plywood insert for mounting the seat bottoms and seat back as well as the idler arm for the elevator controls. The seatbelt mounting points can also been seen prior to being glassed into place. |
