A couple of pictures on the installation of the elt behind the luggage compartment.

The antenna backplane is a copper tape under a single ply of bid, used peel ply to make a smooth surface. this is an ACK ELT, uses regular D cells which can go in your flashlight after they expire timewise. Made the bracket from 0.050 Aluminum for the antenna itself. Will be totally enclosed behind the luggage compartment when the bulkheads are placed.
